The focus areas of research from the inception to till date are on Organic synthesis, Analytical chemistry, Material science, Chemical biology, Water analysis, which contribute the publications output with 80 international 120 national, research finding mainly published in journals like Elsevier, Wiley and springer.

Further the research center has been strengthened with 5 major instruments like High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Infrared Spectroscopy (IR),  Flame Photometry,UV-Vis Spectrophotometry and  Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS) with   the support of UGC-CPE grant allotted for instrumentation.
